My complaint:
On Monday, March 6, 2023 I went to the PNC branch on South Avenue in Plainfield NJ. we have had substantial amounts with PNC for 2 decades. The Fanwood, NJ branch CLOSED and was always courteous. South Avenue, Plainfield, is AWFUL! At 2:30 pm the drive-in line was backed up 4 cars, so I parked and went inside. There was one line at one teller, 4 people on line, and that ONE teller was handling both drive in and inside teller. She wasn’t moving all too quickly, either. Two cubicles were handling sit-downs, very depressing feeling. Not one person greeted or apologized for the wait. A woman who APPEARED to be supervisory was doing nothing. I asked if another teller was available, through her thick mask she said, use the ATM if you don’t want to wait. I am saying bye bye to PNC.
Suggested solution:
You won't do anything. It is a feeling of no one cares there, they move slowly and get obnoxious if a customer questions it. I would put zero stars if I could. You are going to lose a very loyal customer.
