My complaint:
checking bank balances using a personal computer is difficult and on telephone help is needed takes almost an hour. transferring money by wire can be a 2 week event former compass bank worked much better
Suggested solution:
make it easy to check in using a personal computer and make iteasy to wire money to your brokerage account without a one week wait
