My complaint:
Since they bought out Compass bank a few months ago i have have nothing but problems with them. Today my debit card status is all of a sudden deactivated after using it for 3 months. I had just used my debit card earlier and when i went to buy gas it was declined. I called them and they say my card hadn’t been activated. I told them the card has been activated for 3 months and i use it every day. They told me to call back in the morning. I need gas to get to work and i cant even access my money, wtf?
Also they canceled my Compass credit card and sent me their PNC credit card and already some one was trying to use it before i could even use it. I had to beg for my account numbers because you cant find it in their retarded and outdated app. PNC is a pathetic company. If you can’t properly serve the customers you have you don’t need to be buying out other banks!
Suggested solution:
I'm resolving it by closing my account, i dont have time to call them and wait on hold to access my money!
