My complaint:
I went to the bank to close 1 of my checking accounts i give the id and bank card to the person that ‘help” and ask me if tha card was attached to the one I need to close and I SAID no that one is from the new acct and minutes after I check my app and my new acct was closed not the one I want to be close, and was left with no money at all because she closed the wrong account and not the one i asked. I was left having to borrow money to get my car from the shop.
Suggested solution:
I think they should be required to attend some type of training to make sure something like this doesn't happen again because it could've been a lot worse if it were to happen to someone who isnt able to borrow money and depends on the money they have.
