My complaint:
I had a checking account a few years back and there were some problems so a gentleman with the bank suggested I take the $500 out of my overdraft protection until things were resolved (as promised they would be) Then they wouldn’t help me so it overdraft again and I was expected to pay the large amount back. I would love to have my checking acct back and fixed but with this on my record, it’s making it impossible.
Suggested solution:
Please disregard the problem and the overdrafts so I can get a checking acct
