My complaint:
Got charged late fees for May, due to I was told to cancel all payments, due to getting a new credit card and was told to hold all payments until I get my new credit card. And got charged late fee for June, when my payments was pay 4 days before the due date of my credit card, as of right now, my banking statement is stating that I haven’t pay for my credit card, when it clearly show that I had made a payment on June 2. 2023.
Suggested solution:
Refund all the late fee that they charge me.
