My complaint:

My accounts including my children’s accounts were closed due to fraud. Apparently PNC thinks that my son has been to Georgia and committed fraud. My son has never been to Georgia. I have had no access to money that was in any of the accounts and they will not release it. My daughter had money in her account that she had been saving for a car. She just turned 18 and she cant even get her money. My son filed a police report stating he was a victim of identity theft and someone had been opening accounts with his personal information and trying to cash checks through the ATM. PNC said they would return the money in my accounts after the investigation. It has been since Christmas. The accounts were closed without even notifying me. I have been a PNC customer for over 10 years. This is bad customer service to accuse someone of fraud and keep their money without any evidence. Anytime I call no one can give me any answers as to when my money will be returned. Seems like PNC is the one stealing someone’s money and not returning it.

Suggested solution:

PNC should return all the money that was in the accounts under my name. Then continue their investigation and apologize after they realize it wasn't my son that committed fraud.
