My complaint:
Went in with veterans assistance check written on PNC issued from the state of PA. Told might be a fee because had no account with them. Would not know if fee until put through reader. Once put through reader told of fee of 2 per cent. Could not take any where else because now had bank printing on check total scam knew all along would be fee. Asked told fee went right to bank Can not believe state of PA would do business with these crooks probably has something to do with layoffs of state legislatures.
Suggested solution:
refund my 32 dollars (check was for 1600)
