My complaint:
I filed a complaint on 7232022. I mailed a check payment made payable to my mortgage company. My mortgage company never received the payment. Someone signed and cashed the check. I still don’t understand how a person was able to cash a check made payable to a company. However, the response from PNC has been horrible. I can never get anyone to follow up with my inquiries. This was proved to be fraud yet I still am not reimbursed for this check. In return, it’s affecting my mortgage and credit! Not to mention all the late fees for the past 2 months! Someone should be contacting us and keeping us up to date on our issue. Yet not one phone call! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
