My complaint:
I got locked outof my onlne banking and local Pnc bak coul ot resolve the problem. I have had this accont for mny years.I am being treated grossley unfair, My local Pnc bank old o get tis olnle banknh proble solved I understand that o ae goig to mail me something to resolve this probllem. I am completelyle, fed up; I am approaching a week without my online bank account, if i do not get tis problem solved soon i will start tallkng to another bank, I have ad ti account for many years. I donot wis to change anks ut o are gviing me little choice,,,,,my name is William Donovan and I expect for you to fix this
