My complaint:

For months now and several submissions later, Power of Attorney paper work for a friend who has a terminal disease has had no response. I am trying to help out on things and did you read TERMINAL disease. All paperwork is done legally and notarized and no response. This is poor business practices. The person at the branch has done an exceptional job, your legal team needs to be replaced and reviewed. You are jeopardizing bill pay and security of her account.

Suggested solution:

This is not rocket science, 5-7 business days has happened several times over as it keeps getting submitted. it has been months. Do your jobs and review recorded calls and emails,
