My complaint:
Since January I have been trying to use my bank card and to no avail. Broken promises by several PNC employees of sending out a new PIN (4 or 5 times) are just empty promises. Every time they promise that ..this time I will get a PIN I promise… but the only thing I get in the mail is a ation letter stating that I changed my PIN but the PIN never comes. Shame on you!
I have been patient but can only go so far. I have been Without funds since JANUARY!!!!! I’m tired of the broken promises. I unfortunately will have to travel 7 hrs to go to the PNC Branch to change my PIN or get new card (which is not something I wanted to do).
Again, Shame on you for not being more helpful! My wife and I tried to login in to change my address, which the login was successfully done, and when I went to press enter to change the address it asked to re-verify my userid and password. The userid and password that I usedentered was correct when I signed into my account however, the message we were unable to verify the information you entered came up?
When we contacted the chat I once again verified my identity and then they wanted to know the exact total of my monthly pension. I’m 71 years old!!!! Shame on you!!!! How am I supposed to know how much I get if I am not allowed to enter online?

Why is there never any follow-up? Always different people on the phone making empty promises. So extremely disappointed at the moment with the PNC bank. Extremely!
