My complaint:
I have made numerous attempts to get information on where and how to send my payments that were in collections at another agency that as of September 29th, no longer has my account. Supposedly my account is now at PNC Recovery Department. I informed them that since September 29, no one has reached out to me to let me know How, When and Where to send my future payments. Out of the four people with whom I spoke, none of them made any sense or even appeared to have a clue. I was told that I will receive no correspondence in the mail or no documentation to show to what account my payment would be applied. I won’t be able to view my account or know if my payments have actually been applied correctly or not. I would have to keep up with the balance myself. This is ridiculous. It seems that they are trying to find a way to add interest to my current balance for nonpayment to an account that I do not access to. I need to know in writing all information regarding my debt and a reasonable way to make the payment.
Suggested solution:
All I need is the information necessary for me to make payments toward my debt and a way to view the account to ensure its accuracy. Nothing more.
