My complaint:
914.2022 had deposited an on 9152022 has a deposit of 700 dollars and I transferred to another account outside onc. The 700 I believed to be a clothing check from va, I could not access my account for 3 days, and when i i did much to my surprise I was 936 in overdraft and fees. Then I called the bank I talked rudly the lady told me i did not receive that it was over draft[. pnc will not approve that ammount.Pnc takes the responsibility for the deposit.
Suggested solution:
pnc should accept responsibility
