My complaint:
While traveling, I left my PnC Visa card at a restaurant. I realized it four hours out of the location. I immediately called PnC to get a new one. That was 4 Jan. I was assured that it would be replaced in 3 to 7 business days. I called on Friday 6 Jan. To check to see what changes were on the original card. At that time was told it would be 7 to 10 days. I called today, 11 January and was told it would be 2-3 weeks. Seriously????? I asked since it was going to be a month total without the card, would they please expedite it with a 2 day mail. They told me that they don’t do that anymore. Had I known that it was going to take a month,I would have had my son go yo get the original card and overnight it to me. (He lives 2 min. from the restaurant where I left it)
I had a fraud issue with a Chase bank card. Called and in less than 24 hours,I had a replacement.
