My complaint:
When I schedule bills to be paid to utilities, Amazon. or any other company (other than PNC), the bills are paid on time. However when I schedule a payment to my PNC credit card, thr bill is paid 5 days after my scheduled date. This caused my PNC Credit Card to be slapped with a $27 late fee and an additional $1.50 interest as well.
This is done, I believe, to make money for PNC off of their customers.
I will, in the near future, be disconnecting myself from any involvement with PNC.
Suggested solution:
PNC will never resolve my issues with them. They have, however, said they will reimburse me for the late fee and interest. We'll see if they make good on their promise!!
