My complaint:
On Saturday I wanted to either cash my check deposit some money and take out my from the check and the supervisor I think she was told me I couldn’t cash my check I would have to deposit it now I don’t have money at all is that your policy?
Suggested solution:
By cashing my check it's my money and I ask her when will the funds be available she told me Monday morning so she lied to me now I have no money to pay my bills and rent because the funds won't be available till Tuesday morning this is really horrible customer service by this bank I am not happy I have no money since Friday when I got my check now I have to wait till Tuesday to receive my funds 🙃 this is crazy
