My complaint:

im banking with bbva, over 20 yrs, now pnc is taking over , oct 812 21, i called customer service on the pamplet i recd, lady i talked to on sat 1002, so rude, and barely understand her, not clear english, was no help at all, She told me that after oct 8 , i will not be able to use my current bbva debit card, my direct deposit from job wont go thru, wont be able to pay bills, will have no money, , , Yall cant do this, take my money, closed my current bbva act, Yet, on sept 22, i talked to my bank manager bbva, she told me , all is fine , will stay the same, and im 62 yrs old, My direct deposit from job better go thru , rent better and bills go thru, i will file a complaint with the bbb, lawyer will be contacting

Suggested solution:

have better customer service, not someone in the banking business who i or anyone cant clearly understand, Better not take, keep my lil of money i have, my direct deposit payck better gp thru, bills pd, NOT MY FAULT I DID NOT GET THE PNC DEBIT CARD AND PIN ,
