You implement changes and have no idea what the hell your doing. I am overseas. you know about business travel and the pandemic, right? i need to signon to PNC. I cannot because you have this stupid ‘verifying’ screen. I cannot verify because you ignore all international phone numbers.
let me verify using email. or simply stop the verifying process.
Suggested solution:
it is best to stop requiring me to verify. second, send an email to verity. third allow international phone number.
using the phone is an ugly way to do it. the only sensible way is email. why not verify using email.
