My complaint:
I had withdrew from dispute because my Apple Pay was restricted and I thought it was going to to get unrestricted on November 30th, 2022 but my banks dispute team failed to notify Apples Dispute that the dispute has been withdrawn. It’s been almost 10 months now and the bank is telling me they can’t notify apple even though they notified apple that I had filed dispute it doesn’t make sense these are professionals that are suppose to make my life easier but they aren’t fixing my problem at all
Suggested solution:
By notifying Apple Cash through the same systematic process that they had filed a dispute and tell them this time stating that my I have withdrew from the dispute!
