PlayStation complaint: denied ps5 because address

My complaint:

I live in an APARTMENT! The address was used by the previous tenant’s to purchase a PS5 so I was denied one for my grandchildren.
I moved in the end of March 2022.

I knew the tenants that lived there prior to me. They moved the end of March 2022.
This makes me feel as if this is discrimination!

You need to check if the person is a renter or a home owner before they are denied.
So the next renters at this address will not be able to purchase from you either???
I took all steps required to purchase this product…

It’s okay I will buy one when available at Walmart or GameStop if I decide to purchase it now…

Check to see if it is a house or an apartment before you reject a purchase.
