My complaint:

i attempted to contact Playstation to cancel a yearly membership fee which my son ordered the first year he bought his playstation and kept autorenewing. I tried as soon as I noticed the charge and would have been willing to pay for a month but literally there was no way to contact anyone. The only thing I could do was dispute the charge with my credit card. As soon as PlayStation realized we had contacted our credit card they locked my son out of his entire Playstation account on which he has numerous games and upgrades he paid for.

Suggested solution:

Please contact me to resolve this. My son says the membership is for services he doesn't use and should not affect his using his system and games he has paid for.
