My complaint:
I m a retailer of Lein Hing distributor, sometime last year, the sales rep convinced me to buy some not so saleable cigarettes, the cig eventually expired, I tried my times to return to this particular sales rep, every time he will give me excuses, this n that. The last time he turned up at my shop for order was 3rd January 2022. After that he disappeared n today he reappear from nowhere, for order n again I asked him to return the old stock, he told me his company (Lein Hing holdings) did not give instructions to take back old stock. That’s why I send a complain to u Philip Morris.
Suggested solution:
Change the old stock for the retailer. They should take care of the retailer, If not check, the products manufacturer reputation will be tarnish. Consumers do not know who is the distributor but they do know Philip Morris. The amount (qty) is not much as at now. Tq
