Philip Morris complaint: 19 Cigarettes in a pack

My complaint:

Bought a sealed pack of Marlboro Red 100’s and opened it and to my surprise there was only 19 cigarettes instead of 20, I don’t know are you raising the price and putting less in the pack. Which would be .52cents per cigarettes instead of .50 cents per cigarette.
