Complaint: damaged cigarettes

My complaint:

In the last couple of months every box of Philip Morris royal blue which I have bought contained at least 1 damaged or broken cigarette. It is also not rare that 3-5 cigarettes are damaged, but even worse, I bought 2 boxes in which tobacco was missing from the end of EACH cigarette. There was also a case, when there was tobacco in the two ends of the cigarette, but the center of it was empty. Many times it is broken into two halves, scratched, or perforeted. In the last 6 months I had to throw out altogether at least 10 boxes of cigarette.

Suggested solution:

As a compenstaion, I would like to get my money back, or receive 10 boxes of Philip Morris royal blue for free.
