My complaint:
Home damaged from windfallen tree. Homeowner makes insurance claim which is paid. Contractor completes all work based on the insurance estimate. PHH has documentation showing repairs completed, photos etc. invoice from contractor. All documentation provided as requested and PHH still has not released over $30,000 of insurance proceeds after 4 months of already ing repairs completed.
This is a SCAM company. Run and hid from these theives!
Suggested solution:
pay the insurance proceeds that they have had for approximately 4 months so the contractor can get paid for work performed 4 months ago!
