PHH Mortgage complaint: Breach of contract

My complaint:

PHH failed to pay property taxes and constantly lying about paying taxes causing property to go to a tax sale. PHH avoided calls and are very unprofessional

Suggested solution:

Compensate me for stress, time and bullshit
