My complaint:
We have been trying to get a peloton technician to come out and fix the bike for nearly a month. we call, they schedule an appointment, then the appointment cancels. They have no issues taking my payment, yet can’t fix the bike. Our warranty is about to expire in 2 months, and we need the bike fixed before the warranty is up. I currently have a bike that doesnt work sitting in my garage, and peloton is not helping AT ALL. All the customer service reps are working from home (you can hear babies crying, dogs barking, lots of background noise)_ and they just don’t care. I have been unable to escalate.
Suggested solution:
We just need a service technician to come out and fix the bike
