My complaint:
Peloton is purposefully obfuscating return of Peloton rented bike. They missed the first pick up, and now, two weeks later actually tried to deliver a new bike when I wasn’t looking rather than pick up the bike I have. Imagine a company that, rather than pick up the rental, will try to stick you for another, which they will no doubt charge you for.
This is absurd. Now I am stuck with the bike for more weeks, possibly forever.
If I weren’t tech savvy and willing to wait hours on the phone or in chat I would never be successful in returning.
Very bad business practice and definitely criminal. I am currently investigating further.
