My complaint:

I was sent an e-mail to receive 20,000 points if I spend $100 or more on the online order. When I applied the code it went through as my order showed well over $100.00. But since the store did not have certain items when I picked up the order, the total of the bill came to $95.00 plus tax. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. Plus I have to drive qute a distance to the store and also am charged a convenience fee of $3.00 whereas I would not have that charge from Walmart which is a much closer store to me. I ordered items in good faith and would expect PC Optimum to honour that incentive.

Suggested solution:

PC Optimum should give me those points. Again, NOT MY FAULT as my original order was around $126.00. I try to make sure that I am well over the $100.
