My complaint:
Since November of 2021 I have been trying to redeem my points. No luck. I have called dozens of times, spoken to dozens of reps and each one tells me a different story. The account is frozen due to members on my account. It has been compromised as I have told each rep. There is no one in my household attached to my card. When asked to speak to a supervisor I am told that the account has be escalated and they would get back to me. They have yet to get back to me. Terrible service, very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the members of the household and unfreeze the account.
