My complaint:

I was at the counter yesterday, with all my merchandise, tried to use my points, and it stated customer may collect points, but not redeem….what the heck is going on? The clerk said she had never seen that before. Not only was I totally embarrassed as the poor clerk tried and tried to get it to go through, but I was so humiliated as I had to go and put back all my items in front of a whole lineup of customers. They too were getting very impatient with me holding everyone up. Please contact me ASAP on this matter, as I wanted to purchase my items while they were on sale. It would be really nice if you could send me some extra points for my embarrassment and inconvenience, and reward the lovely clerk at the makeup counter, who tried her best to ease the situation. Her name is Landyn. Also, if you could kindly check on something for me. I think I had another optimum card that I had on my phone, with a different account number. If you find this, could you add this to my present card number? Thanks so much for your time.

Suggested solution:

Fix this issue so that I can redeem my points
Check on a previous card, and transfer points to current card
Add some points to my existing balance...(this would make me VERY happy)
