My complaint:
Hi Team,
It was a 20x points deal, I am missing 71100 points, 10153 King George Blvd Unit 3100, Surrey, BC V3T 2W1 is the address of the shoppers drug mart where I shopped.
I was told by the executives that if I purchase 2 perfumes I will be eligible for 20x points as per the flyers, I scanned my card but points were still not credited to my account.
