My complaint:

I made a transfer for my Bank Account on June 1 and I’m still waiting for my money to arrive, technical support only knows that there are delays due to bank holidays. It cannot be that a bank plays with people’s money, has the postage to give you your money whenever they want and only apologize for the inconvenience, EXCUSES? No, if a person is late in a payment they are fined or pay for the delay, because they should pay for each delay as well. You will see how they would never be late
