My complaint:

I made a wire transfer in the amount of 65.72 USD, where I paid the amount of 50 USD that the Paxum company charges for this type of transfer. And when I received the money at my receiving bank I realized that they only sent half the amount. In their system it says that the entire amount was transferred, but in reality that amount did not reach full in my account. I contacted my local bank to find out if there had been a fee discount and they informed me that there was no charge, that is, the error occurred from the Paxum bank itself. I contacted the Paxum bank, sent the receipt of the amount I received, showing that only half the amount was transferred, and even then they did not solve the problem. In fact, they never do. It is not the first time that I have problems with the Paxum bank. Whenever I contact them to solve a mistake, I only receive ready messages without any kind of solution and respect for users. If I trust a bank to receive and save my money, the least I deserve is that company’s respect and professionalism.

Suggested solution:

Checking the error, as I sent a receipt from my local bank showing that I received only half the amount I transferred. They need to have information about the process of transferring money from users. Instead of saying that there is no way to know where the money went until it reached the recipient bank. What kind of company is it that charges a high amount for the type of transfer I made and in the end does not comply with the services provided? It is a total disrespect for users who need to use the services of the PAXUM bank.
