My complaint:

Im new to paxum and it’s been just over a week and. Continuously having my identification documents rejected I’ve opened ticket after ticket and called twice and I’ve not recieved any help I’ve sent different documents and honestly thought they’d have sorted it by now.

Suggested solution:

They need to accept my identification as I feel like I've been let down by them.
