Complaint: Water Pressure Time taken to acknowledge Reception staff disregard to Owners issues

My complaint:

The site had a water leak recently around 3 weeks ago which was in The Swallows area. This has now been fixed (apparently). Since this time we have had no water pressure. We have been to our caravan twice now and had to deal with just dripping water and not having a shower and the boiler going off due to no pressure. We went to the office at the weekend and the receptionist said she did not know about the problem and it was the first she had heard of it which I find very hard to believe as we logged two maintenance tickets (or so we thought they were adding to their system) to ask a maintenance person to come to the caravan to take a look. Finally on Sunday the Maintenance Manager came to take a look and agreed that there was a problem. The reason I am making a complaint is, if I dont, this will go on and on and on. The office admin on Coopers Beach are known by lots of owners to sit on issuesrequests. This is not on considering how much each owner pays for their ground rent each year. The most annoying thing is being treated like an idiot when say you have been to reception twice to report this and they say they didnt know anything about it !! Absolutely not on ! Therefore, please treat this as a complaint and pass to head office to be logged and then they cannot say they havent heard about this issue. Thank you very much for your help.

Please fix the water pressure problem urgently. We cannot use the caravan properly until this happens. Our family and young children want to use the caravan. Thank you !

I cannot add a photo a proof as it's water pressure and I'm not at the caravan now. The Maintenance Manager on site is aware.
