My complaint:

The caravan weren’t cleaned properly, but we didn’t mind that , I did it my self , Then we had fighting out side my caravan , 4 grown men fighting with there tops off, they hit my car , frightened my 10 year old girl , she didn’t want to go out after that , then we we to book a buggy , standing there for 45 minutes, then to be told there none there , then tryed again to be told the same thing , why don’t they ask or tell people who are witching that long , we finally have one , to be told £20 cash deposit £12 to pay on a card , fine we did that and signed forms, we take the buggy back , them waited 15 minutes, to be told they don’t know where my money has gone , another 10 minutes, to take my number and they phone me ASAP , so 4 o’clock I went back and ask have they sorted it all out , to have one of the staff chucked my £20 back at me , not even a sorry or nothing , just ignored me , we left a day earlyer , because from the beginning , the holiday was awful , we pay quite a bit for the break to be treated like that , and we did loads of activities to , just think if your staff are like that , if awful , I work in retail have respect for all my customers

I don’t know how you could solve the problem, all the years we been going there , we’ve never had this problem, how what you sort this problem out
