Parkdean Resorts complaint: useless vouchers

My complaint:

i booked a holiday with the sun newspaper for three nights in cayton bay last year it cost £68 unfortunately we went into second lock down midnight Thurs as we were due to go the following Monday .
We were given vouchers with an extra £12 voucher. I have tried to reply book via the sun for the same dates place etc and it doesn’t allow vouchers so messaged parkdean and they said had to book direct with them so tried to do it and it’s nearly £200 more than we originally paid. I’ve been told to fork out again for another sun holiday and use the voucher to upgrade or add entertainment passes. How is this fair?
I had a fully paid break now I’ve got useless vouchers I want my money back so I can re book with the sun parkdean are fobbing me off and I’ve now no break or my money back!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund original price paid to allow me to book with the sun for the same price I originally paid allowing us a well needed break
