My complaint:
Caravan in upper part of park we’re told we couldn’t swap. Husband has bad knee awaiting operation had to drive everywhere on site. Pool area was old and dirty looking floor tiles missing/broken, lockers had no locks and poor changing facilities. Caravan had 2 power cuts and a burst water pipe. Caravan not cleaned sweet papers under sofa bed, false nail under stool in bedroom. Crockery missing only 5 plates, 3 glasses, good job only 4 of us.
We had been many times when the children were younger but it really looked like the site had not had much upkeep since then. Very disappointing as this is appears to be quite a popular site

Acknowledgment of complaint, update park and make it look appealing again
