My complaint:
Saw mice
Saw mice droppings
Bad smell
No refund no other accomoodation providing.
Disgusting, traumatising, upsetting and a holiday nightmare
Told to leave the property from 10am till 3pm, hadd to spend money on breakfast and lunch
Suggested solution:
Full refund and compensation for additional costs such as breakfast and lunch and the cost of washing all clothes
