My complaint:
I book a holiday, but before we went i recieved an email saying if my account wasnt paid in full the holiday would be cancelled, the outstanding amount was for optional passes, so i paid and took it up on our arrival, however still waiting in the refund 6wks later
Suggested solution:
Refund and stop threating to cancel a booking when the passes are optional
