My complaint:
Hello I’m writing about my holiday on 31721 we were expecting a luxury caravan as we paid nearly £1100, instead we got a van that was dirty, rusted radiators,rusted fridgefreezer, carpets coming up mould on the walls and to put the nail in the sink started leaking , the door mat was filthy and broken which was the first thing we saw as we opened the door on day one when we complained about it someone came and unscrewed it and turned it round no new one was given, to say we were happy was an understatement. An acknowledgment for a start I understand we booked through hoeseasons but the van belongs to parkdea, some sort of compensation would be appreciated, or I’m going to have to go for some advice to see where to go from here , looking forward to hearing from you.
