My complaint:
We paid for 4 nights from 4th June with cancellation fee, had to cancel, our contract was broken, asked when booked if cancellation fee covered fully and were told yes. Breach of contract has been made. I want my money back or it goes to RIP off Britain etc.

My name is Linda Roberts phone no 07795 442314 original booking no.8783857 booked 04 06 2021 for four nights on Warren at ty mawr towyn north wales. Want money back in full. At no stage were any stipulations made about conditions by your staff regarding cancellation fees. You are the only company or campsite doing this .Gross breach of contract on your behalf. Refund my money within 7 days , or this will go further with consumer protection and my solicitor.
