My complaint:
Promised £84 refund on a holiday that I cancelled due to shielding (although the park was open). Have telephoned on a number of occasions and sent a letter to Head Office on 30th September. No refund as yet and no reply to the letter.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money - £84 andor reply to my letter.
