My complaint:
Accommodation not ready, waited hours to. Get into Bungalow as they had forgotten to Book it.
Unable to swim whilst waiting even though the website and email stated walks in welcome.
No Signal or wifi and nothing on booking states you have to buy this for a week! Another cost as you néed internet to download order and pay app! This is not available on Huawi so unable to order food and drink on site, have to Go Off site to eat!!!! Absolutely awful! Reception Unhelpful and unbothered… Still sat here waiting to. Get my. Small children into accomodation, changed and then. Have to Drive to. Get food and drink. As there’s noone. Wanting to Help us!
Awful start and most. Likely. Head home tonight!!!!! Avoid this park unless they decide to. Communicate better to Their guests!!
