My complaint:

i have just been on youre touring park site at breydon for a week arriving 4821.over the week there has been issues i have tried to resolve with youre reception.i arrived saturday afternoon to be told my pitch number the pitch was full of mud and sand i wasnt happy but i could see everbody elses pitches where just as bad no grass or hard standing stones to protect the awning when putting it up against my caravan.after pulling my awning out the bag i could see it was getting dirty because of the mud and sand on this pitch i contacted reception 2 men come out to have a look from parkdean saying its not our department leave it with me i will take this further for you i heard nothink.the following morning i went to reception still unhappy with the state of my awning to be told the mangers in a meeting i will get her to call you yet again heard nothink i finaly talked with rachel redwood to be told not our problem we dont have cleaning materials i was given a mop and bucket to try and clean my awning very poor customer service.my second complaint was the pot holes around the touring site the risk of damage to my caravan and cars suspension but yet again reception not interested isnt our job to fill these very deep holes.when i arrived i got youre welcome pack and youre wifi what gives very poor quality would let me log in i ended up using my phone data all week reception couldnt give me a answer to the problem.youre outdoor swimming pool i understand closed on the 5821 one day after i arrived . the following week was very warm but reception refused to open the pool differant exscuses not just to me but everybody else who complained in reception from the pool doesnt get warm in september but through the week we managed mid 20s centigrade to no life guards to man the pool and other exscuses i was informed about from residents on site in these circumstances rules can be broken because it was so warm.i complained to the cleaner regarding the hand dryer in the mens toilets you had to switch the power on when our hands where wet very dangerous not just for me but everybody else on site with a constant live suppy. the morning of 11821 i made a list of complaints for the attention of rachel redwood before i left gave this list to rachel but didnt seem a bit interested i will admit i lost my temper i have recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour i wanted that relaxing break mountain biking the norfolk broads and the local pubs in the area its just shame i was so unhappy with all this going on the staff breydon dont want to hear youre issues thats been made very clear over the week i have taken videos of the potholes all around the site the swimming pool on a lovely sunny day and of course the damage to my awning what will now cost me money this awaning was immaculate when i arrived but the sand and mud had made my awning unacceptable until cleaned properly.

Suggested solution:

firstly all pitches should be either be coverd in hard standing stones like any other touring pitch or replace the sand with grass like any other touring park does parkdean should be putting safety first with the pothole issue all around the touring site as customers to this site we should not be in this situation of damage to vehicles this rule out of season for the outdoor swimming pool if still very warm after september 5th you should put the customer first and open the pool
