Parkdean Resorts complaint: Place is not what it advertises itself to be

My complaint:

We drove 100 miles off our route to visit after being informed there was a pool with sauna and jacuzzi. On arrival we were informed after eventually getting in the sauna and jacuzzi were ‘ broke’ also kept waiting to be told initially pool wasn’t open after a 30 minute wait for the ‘lifeguard’ on the stairs. We were also told our motor home had been upgraded to ‘superior’ pitch which had nothing superior about it? No view no different from people in field in front who apparently weren’t superior?. The entertainment was awful the poor entertainers tried their best but on the whole it didn’t match up to brochure description at all. Your poor security guard couldn’t deal with people who were walking about without masks they weren’t listening to him. Poor show all round I’m afraid park dean we won’t be going out our way again to visit this park.

Suggested solution:

Have the things that they have advertised in the brochure actually working. Explain exactly what is ment by a superior pitch. Better acts for your entertainment better COVID safety by ensuring others feel safe by enforced mask wearing. ‘No Mask no entry’. I have filed this complaint with ‘complain. Biz . Thank you Mark M.
