My complaint:

We have just returned from our worst park dean experience in the 7years of visiting your parks. We rented a kingsnorth caravan. It the listing it describes veranda with furniture, i even rung to double check it would have both of these and was assured it would. When we arrived I was very cross to find a jagged hole in the veranda right in front of the door and a broken step! I went to reception to ask if something can be done or move us to a different one. We were told someone would be out to sort it. 2 days later my daughter caught her foot on the broken step causing her to fall hurting her knee and ankle. We went back down and complained again also including the fact that we only had 2 chairs on the veranda(there were 3 but 1 was missing a leg so unusable) we were then told they dont fix veradas
I was angry that they didnt move us knowing that they were not going to fix it to start with. We were promised more furniture and that never happened either. To to it of the fish chip shop and street eats were closed the whole week, and the new thunderbird chicken and restueaunt ran out of food. So for 2 days nobody could eat on site. Then no staff came in so the bar was also shut! The whole holiday was a joke. Service was slow due to no staff and multiple fights braking out.. some of our friend left the site and went to Pontius next door and said they had no problems.

Needles to say i won’t be on a rush to book again knowing if i have any problems you sites couldn’t care less.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be compensated for the fact we paid £1050 For a caravan that we couldn't use the veranda and furniture not to mention no cooking trays, broom and a broken microwave, then compleate lack of preparation for food drink and staff.
