Parkdean Resorts complaint: NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE

My complaint:

THE CARAVAN WE BOOKED WAS CALLED BOTANY. WE WERE GIVEN A KELSTON. WEST WINDS 424. THE REASON I BOOKED THE BOTANY WAS THE MAIN BEDROOM WAS WIDE ENOUGH TO GET OUT OF BED WITHOUT HAVING TO BEND MY KNEE WHICH IS RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY. THE KELSTON MAIN BEDROOM WAS VERY NARROW. THE SECOND COMPLAINT WAS THAT 4 OUT OF THE 6 LIGHTS IN THE LOUNGEKITCHEN DID NOT WORK. 1 OF THE 2 LIGHTS IN THE MAIN BEDROOM ALSO DID NOT WORK AND THE EXTERIOR LIGHT DID NOT WORK AS WELL. SO 6 LIGHTS IN TOTAL DID NOT WORK. THE FOB FOR THE SECURITY GATE AT THE FRONT OF THE PARK ALSO DID NOT WORK. WE REPORTED THESE PROBLEMS TO THE PARK RECEPTION. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BOTANY WAS JUST THE MAKE AND NOT THE MODEL WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT MAINTENANCE WOULD FIX THE LIGHTS. THEY DID NOT. WASNT TOO WORRIED ABOUT THE FOB. IT WAS A SHAME AT IT CAST A SHADOW OVER THE STAY. UNLIKE THE LIGHTS!

Suggested solution:

ALTHOUGH THE FINE PRINT STATES THAT THE LAYOUT MAY DIFFER IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE WERE TOLD THIS WHEN CHECKING IN.
THE LIGHTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED AND IF THEY COULDNT JUST LET US KNOW.
